Looking back at 2018, Chalmers Teknologkonsulter has had a busy year. A lot has happened, and we want to share our highlights with you.
Our biggest endeavor this year was the launch of our IT department, CTK IT – which has grown in number of staff and our new full-time positions as vice president, where Julia Gustafsson, Sanjin Slavnic and Fredrik Mårlind has made a big effort in building the processes needed to handle bigger projects and develop quality towards our clients. In November our IT area signed CTK largest project MIS of approx. 1880 hours, which will run during 2019.
We take a lot of pride in our engineering area that finished the now second largest project in CTK’s history with JOAB, which concluded during this summer with great success.
During 2018 CTK has grown from 70 to 90 students working during their studies at Chalmers and GU. There is a growing interest in taking part in CTK and trying out working as a consultant. More students, now than ever, get to take part in valuable work experiences and newly found contacts.
At CTK our staff has been invited to take part in several educations and events, in short: workshop with Accenture in stakeholder management, project planning at GooVinn, workshop with EY in strategic planning, interview prepping with Netlight and socializing with Sigma Young Talent. Furthermore, GOMO has made us better in SEO, Advokatfirman Lindahl has made us wiser in contracts and Great Leaders has given us valuable leadership training. Lastly, we took part in a workshop by Ekan Management in Risk Management and Project Success.
During 2018 CTK gained one more prestigious official partner being Netlight <3
CTK has also shifted CEO Viktor Torkelsson and EVP Anna Mårtensson to new CEO Linda Karnerfors and new EVP Assar Sjöblom. In an interview with Etablera with our new CEO she lets us know her thoughts on CTK and what value this company brings to student and business partners.
Last, but not least, CTK wants to thank everyone that’s been involved in making 2018 a great year and we’re looking forward to seeing what 2019 has in store!
